A problem-solver at heart, Katie understands how technology can improve a company’s bottom line while making everyone’s lives easier. She zooms in on strategy and structure, seamlessly smoothing out any bumps along the way to ensure your company is getting the most accurate and reliable view on your finances.
At Rebel Rock, Katie is the resident sales and marketing whiz, providing operational support through the implementation and post-go phases. Katie brings the right skills, the right intuition and a contagiously positive attitude to Rebel Rock — you can expect reliable, ongoing technical support, as well as customer service that goes above and beyond the call of duty.
Prior to Rebel Rock, Katie guided strategic customer engagement at Amazon Web Services. She excelled in a high-pressure, high-stakes environment, providing expert insight and mentorship to business leaders. She also honed her business development skills at SAP, a global software corporation, streamlining internal processes and driving sales practice programs and tools to elicit profitable performance. Additionally, Katie spent considerable time with global IT consultancy Ciber, Inc., where she perfected the customer feedback process to influence product development. And, she makes all of this look easy (even though we know it’s not).
Combining flawless judgement with exceptional communication skills, Katie has secured and guided multi-million-dollar opportunities across the aerospace, high tech and manufacturing industries. She adapts to each client’s needs with a solution-oriented mindset, building and maintaining relationships to establish large-volume, high-profit accounts with excellent retention levels.
Katie earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI). When she’s not excelling in her role at Rebel Rock, Katie enjoys spending quality time with her family, travelling and reading. An animal lover, Katie volunteers with the Humane Society and has three dogs.
