With a strong foundation in human resources and a proven ability to think on her feet, Christina leads the Rebel HR team with confidence. She’s an ideal visionary for the complex, highly regulated and fast-moving cannabis industry.

At Rebel HR, Christina oversees the design and implementation of business strategies and sets comprehensive goals for performance and growth for Rebel HR services. Furthermore, she’s pivotal in cementing strong relationships with clients, partners and vendors.  

Christina isn’t your average HR professional – and she knows cannabis isn’t your average industry. Throughout her career, she’s pushed for creative answers to overcome business challenges and secure long-term growth. Understanding that HR is often viewed as a roadblock for operations, Christina assists with comprehensive HR solutions that promote company objectives rather than impede them. In her eyes, all aspects of the business should operate synergistically to achieve short- and long-term goals – and that sometimes includes adopting unconventional methods to improve efficiencies. Christina’s out-of-the-box thinking, demonstrated leadership skills and commitment to follow-through have earned her a glowing reputation among business professionals in cannabis and other industries. 

Christina brings decades of experience in HR leadership roles spanning the healthcare, education and tech industries, particularly in start-up and high-growth scaling institutions. In addition to her role at Rebel HR, Christina serves as COO at TakleHR, helping business leaders simplify time-consuming tasks, mediate employee relations issues and understand compliance guidelines. Christina also founded a recruiting firm for technology and executive roles. 

Committed to advancing the cannabis industry, Christina is a member of the Marijuana Industry Trade Association. Further, she’s a member of the Society for HR Management. Christina has also helped organize DisruptHR Phoenix, an annual conference featuring some of the biggest innovators in Arizona’s HR community. 

Christina graduated Magna Cum Laude from Grand Canyon University with a bachelor’s degree in management with an emphasis in human resources. Immediately following, she earned her Professional in Human Resources certificate and dove headfirst into her career. A world traveler, she spent 18 months working remotely in 14 countries and loves to encourage women over 40 to travel alone. In her spare time, Christina enjoys watching documentaries on natural and alternative health, and is actively involved in the Phoenix pit bull rescue community. Someday, she wants to start her own rescue.
